Participants in the programs share best practices, discuss current issues and opportunities, and draw upon outside expertise on cutting-edge and transformational business issues from leadership, culture and strategy to embracing innovation, emerging technologies and raising operational performance.
For more than 25 years, the Leadership and Executive Education practice has provided outstanding programming for CEOs, Presidents and key leaders of growth-oriented small and mid-size companies in Northeast Ohio. These programs, events, and services have consistently driven top-line growth, enhanced operational effectiveness, and optimized organizational performance.
Executive Roundtables & Forums
CEOs, presidents and their direct reports meet monthly for facilitated, peer-based roundtable discussions with recognized experts, industry leaders and vetted manufacturing executives. Quarterly, larger forums convene to hear from high-profile authors, economists and technology leaders.
InnoQuest: A Journey in Innovation Management
InnoQuest is an ongoing educational experience tailored for senior leaders and teams who are responsible for growth and innovation within their companies. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics within innovation management, including forecasting and trends, driving innovation and ideation.
Scalerator
A cohort-based program generously funded by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation, Scalerator is designed for presidents and senior leaders of smaller companies ready to grow rapidly. Over the course of seven months, this program emphasizes the development of organizational infrastructure and management systems to support sustainable growth.
Leadership Fellows
Growth-oriented companies access the talent of area university students to research new product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies. Participating schools include University of Akron, Ashland University, Baldwin Wallace University, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, The College of Wooster, Hiram College, John Carroll University, Kent State University, Lorain County Community College, Stark State College, Walsh University, Ursuline College and more. Approximately 50% of projects studied lead to new investments and often new revenue for Northeast Ohio within 2-3 years.
One-on-One Coaching
Our one-on-one business coaching program offers personalized professional development tailored to the unique needs and goals of each company. Working directly with an experienced coach to assess the current situation, companies identify areas for improvement and set actionable goals. Coaches provide constructive feedback, accountability, and practical strategies to ensure consistent progress. This individualized approach helps build strong company leadership and achieve sustained growth and success.
