Aram Nerpouni
Managing Director of TalentAram Nerpouni leads MAGNET’s efforts to engage, attract and train people for manufacturing roles and career paths. Aram has vast experience with economic development organizations and manufacturers in Northeast Ohio, having held executive leadership positions at BioEnterprise, Austen BioInnovation Institute and The Bonne Bell Company. Most recently, Aram consulted on innovation ecosystems around the country, including as a project manager for a major Birmingham, Alabama healthcare community strategy initiative whose goal was to engage diverse residents in inclusive innovation, workforce and community health initiatives. Aram has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
