Student interested in a manufacturing career

ECEC offers you paid, real-life experiences while teaching you the necessary job and life skills to build long-term success. You earn the necessary credentials to work in manufacturing, debt-reduced (and sometimes free) college opportunities and possible job offers through this program.

To help you along the way, you receive career readiness training, soft skills development and transportation to all necessary sites. Plus, mentors are available to offer guidance!

All it takes is for you to attend a recruitment presentation at school. You’ll then fill out the interest form after the presentation and participate in a “day in the life of an ECEC student,” which includes a tour of MAGNET, a hands-on project, an application, and an interview with ECEC staff and employers.
