ACCESS to Manufacturing Careers is a program specifically designed for ready, motivated individuals who want to get into entry-level jobs in manufacturing that start them on a path of learning, advancement, raises, and a great career! In this four-week program, students learn both job readiness skills and technical competencies that are desired by the 20+ companies involved.

The curriculum for ACCESS to Manufacturing Careers was co-designed by a team of 4 manufacturers and is now endorsed by over 20 companies. As this program grows, we will continue to look for manufacturers that provide the jobs, career paths, and culture that will allow the graduating hires to advance and love their new careers in manufacturing.
