Additionally, the MAGNET Incubation Center is unique in the following ways:

• We encourage you to test assumptions and prove hypotheses to succeed. And we want you to do this as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Our goal is not to spend your money, but to strategically guide your product, market, and business to reach goals.
• We offer flexible, three-month memberships that give you access to a physical test space, subject-matter expert guidance, product development training, and much more. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach—every MAGNET member is served by our team with a unique strategy based on their individual needs.
• We want to zero in on your goals. We ask that you apply to be a member so that we can fully understand your business, market, and eventual product. Our team is eager to help guide you and understand your startup’s unique value proposition, or help you define one.

MAGNET has served the Northeast Ohio region for more than 30 years. Our experienced team is dedicated to strengthening the manufacturing and startup economies. We understand no idea is a crazy idea, and we’ve seen it all in our time.

We have on-site work spaces dedicated to real-life client projects that come complete with tools from traditional lathes to CNC machines, as well as advanced technologies like laser scanners and 3D printers.
