  • Engaged interdisciplinary teams of two companies to create and deploy annual risk and op

  • portunity assessments and standard strategic sourcing processes. Ultimately, those teams improved spend-under management (supply agreements) by more than 40%, capturing more than $10M in year-over-year savings

  • Boosted inventory visibility and increase engagement for multiple North American project teams with sales and finance groups around slow moving / obsolete materials. Those projects resulted in the sale, manufacturing re-introduction or disposal of 3.5M pounds of polymer inventory

  • Created and led production planning and warehouse process improvement efforts with a Tier-1 automotive supplier, improving communication, inventory positions and OTD, winning them a Most Improved Supplier of the year award from Toyota, their largest customer
