#### *The Urban League of Greater Cleveland and Smart Business both honored MAGNET recently for different efforts. *

The[ Urban League of Greater Cleveland](https://www.ulcleveland.org/), dedicated to developing the potential of African Americans and other minorities through education, entrepreneurship and workforce development, recognized MAGNET with its Ambassador Award for MAGNET’s “special advocacy and support of the Urban League to assist in growing our legacy to serve our community.”

Smart Business, a media company that highlights effective business leaders who achieve success and demonstrate leadership, named MAGNET to its[ Smart Culture Awards](https://sbnonline.com/events/smartculture/) list for the second year in a row. The award honors companies that actively create work environments that make their organization an employer of choice.

We are grateful to be recognized with these awards!
