Toledo Gearmotor has been acquired by Bluffton Motor Works of Bluffton, Ind. "We are very pleased with the immediate synergies between the two companies," said David Nussear, president of Bluffton Motor Works, noting that many parts that had been outsourced can be produced by Toledo Gearmotor.
