Ohio's Regional Technology Centers
MAGNET is one of seven regional technology centers located around the state. These centers provide a variety of product and process innovation and commercialization services to both established and early-stage technology-based businesses.
BioOhio: Statewide center focused on promoting bio-life sciences industry in Ohio.
EISC/CIFT: Statewide center focused on food technology, particularly in processing/packaging.
Edison Materials Technology Center: Statewide organization focused on advanced materials and materials processing, including all traditional metals, all forms of composites, rubber, biomaterials, proton exchange membrane (PEM) and solid oxide fuel cells, and nanomaterials.
Edison Welding Institute: Internationally recognized institution focused on materials joining technology.
MAGNET: Regional center for Northern Ohio, providing manufacturing process and productivity improvement services, product design and development services and fee-for-service training.
PolymerOhio: A networking group committed to the global competitiveness and growth of Ohio's polymer industry.
TechSolve: Regional center for Southern and Central Ohio, providing advanced manufacturing process and system services and productivity improvement training.

The Business of Manufacturing
MfrSearch.com: MAGNET's sister MEP service provider for Ohio, Cincinnati-based TechSolve, created this online communication portal between buyers and sellers of manufactured parts and machining services. This free and secure network facilitates prompt and accurate sourcing that complements any business procurement process. This business portal was developed with support from the Ohio Department of Development and Ohio’s seven Edison Technology Centers.

The Incubator at MAGNET: The Incubator at MAGNET provides a comprehensive package of business assistance services to support the growth of technology-oriented companies.
JumpStart Entrepreneurial Network: By completing one online form, entrepreneurs can get connected to four of the region's pre-seed and seed funds, six physical incubators located across all Northeast Ohio, numerous business advisors, and an online community built for entrepreneurs.
